REDi Enterprise Development Inc. Announces Executive Team Changes

REDi Enterprise Development Inc., a leading risk management software provider with a comprehensive suite of lending, compliance, and fraud prevention solutions, announces today that its National Sales Manager, John Paoloni, retired on October 31, 2019.  REDi Enterprise Development Inc. also announced that the company will elevate Rodney Fuller, current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, to President.

Rodney Fuller, incoming President, commented, “John’s commitment to our company’s development and success has been instrumental in the growth of our company.  John Paoloni came to REDi with over 42 years of sales experience and directed the sales process from beginning to end for us.  While we are all excited for his next stage in his life, he will be greatly missed at REDi.  We are fortunate to have him remain on our Board of Directors and as a Partner in the company.”

Before moving to REDi, John served as co-founder for both Yellow Hammer Software and Vertex, Inc. In these roles he worked to develop the sales process as he launched new products and built long-term relationships. His efforts were crucial in positioning each of these companies as market leaders within the community bank marketplace. John also worked with organizations such as Southern Data Systems, Kirchman Corporation, Peerless Systems and ALLTELL. In each case he was responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies as the organizations worked to build and enhance their market share. Early in his career John had the opportunity to serve as a marketing representative for IBM where he led the nation for sales in his division.

Rodney Fuller started in the banking industry as a part-time teller in college.  He grew his extensive banking knowledge by becoming a management trainee in credit operations at a bank, which led to more than 20 years of hands on industry experience.  He worked as the product manager for Yellow Hammer Fraud Solutions at Jack Henry & Associates and was responsible for both the implementation and continued development of the Yellow Hammer product suite.  Under his leadership, Yellow Hammer grew from utilization in only 30 institutions to over 500 institutions in just three years.  He held other roles at Jack Henry & Associates prior to becoming a Partner at REDi Enterprise Development, Inc where he served as COO and CFO while planning and directing all of REDi’s operation initiatives and product development.  His vast industry experience and expertise helped build the company REDi is today.
